     I have been building cabinets and doing fine woodworking for most of my life. I have also played music
     since I was a child and the love for these two things has driven me to stay involved with both.

    Before I started Walker Seats, I first did a very extensive study of the aspects of building seats as
    well as what I really wanted to represent to the public. One thing I heard most was that it could take a
    pretty long time to get a seat from builders. Another thing most heard was comfort and how important
    it is to the player. Good looks and durability were also mentioned most. So here's a look at what I
    wanted to do based on what I have learned from my research.

   Build with the best quality materials...

    Use my skills as a craftsman to insure the best built seat that money can buy.

    Make them look so professional that the artist sitting on it at the Opry or other shows will be
         proud to be seen.
         
    Then...
    ** Make it Available "Immediately" so the player doesn't have to get on a waiting list.
      ** Make it Affordable

     Well... I accomplished all of those things and deep down I knew it was still not enough. Some very 
      important things needed to happen and for the answers I searched my heart and my heart kept
      saying, "What would dad have done?" As always in my life the answers were very apparent.

      Be Honest...
       If you say they can get them immediately then do it!! Just do everything you gave your word on that
       you will do.

      Be Professional...
       Build each one as if it's your last one and the only one you will be remembered for.

    Choose Friends Carefully...
       You are known by the company you keep. If you choose to be represented by others as well as
       yourself then shouldn't they also have the same values as you? Please review a list of our dealers for
       the answer to that.

    Respect People...
      No man is an island. Genuinely appreciate all of those who have helped you in life.  BE it the dealer
      who sells your product or the player who sits on your seat

     I have made every effort to build my products on these foundational aspects and strive daily to insure
     I do the very best I can do each day.   Let me just say a heartfelt "Thank You" to all of my friends
     who have helped me make Walker Seats what it is today and for all of their support when times got a
     bit tough. Without people like you there would not be people like me.
